Presale: The Celebration Centerpiece by Luis Colmenares

Pre-sale: Orders will begin shipping on Monday, November 2nd.

Limited Run of 100

A little sculpture. A little celebration. A piece of the Commander’s Palace table.

Originally created for our dining rooms in 2016, this stainless steel centerpiece began with a practical challenge: when helium became difficult to source, we needed a new way to keep balloons—and the celebrations they marked—at the table. New Orleans artist Luis Colmenares transformed that need into a distinctive sculptural design.

Its flowing form suggests both a banana leaf and a whimsical bird, while the nest-like votive holder recalls the distinctive light fixtures in our Garden Room. Thoughtfully placed holders accommodate balloon sticks, a notecard and a votive, inviting you to add a festive flourish, a personal message or the warmth of candlelight.

The finishing touch to your Commander’s table, the Celebration Centerpiece echoes the botanical curves of our Banana Leaf Plates. Together, they create a setting that brings a little of our dining room into yours—ready for birthdays, intimate dinners and gatherings just because.

Offered in a limited run of just 100, each centerpiece is unique, individually signed and dated by Luis. It brings a touch of Commander’s artistry and convivial spirit to your own traditions around the table.
