Commander’s Palace Merchandise Return Policy

At Commander’s Palace, we strive to exceed your expectations and provide you with the best possible service and experience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase or gift. Return Policy

Returns with Proof of Purchase

Returns with proof of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.

  • Exclusions: Items marked final sale are ineligible for return. Consumable food items, including but not limited to perishables, cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns without Proof of Purchase

Returns without proof of purchase may be eligible for store credit under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.

  • Exclusions: Consumable food items, including but not limited to perishables, cannot be returned. Items we are no longer selling are ineligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns without proof of purchase.

Return Methods

We accept returns via mail or in person at Le Petit Bleu. Please note that we are unable to process returns at Commander's Palace.

To Initiate a Return via Mail:

  1. Email tally@commanderspalace.com with your order number or copy of your receipt and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

  2. Upon approval, ship the item(s) back to the address provided in our return instructions. For orders placed online, we will provide a complimentary return label. For order placed at Le Petit Bleu, please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend purchasing insurance.

  3. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

  4. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

  5. If you do not have proof of purchase or it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, you may receive store credit to be used within 30 days.

To Initiate a Return In-Person:

  1. Bring the item(s) to Le Petit Bleu (1427 Washington Avenue) along with your proof of purchase (online order number, receipt, or gift receipt).

  2. Inform a team member of your reason for the return.

  3. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

  4. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

  5. If you do not have proof of purchase or it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, you may receive store credit to be used within 30 days.

Additional Information

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at tally@commanderspalace.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged product to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  • Missing Proof of Purchase: If you do not have proof of purchase, you may receive store credit to be used within 30 days instead of a refund to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse returns without proof of purchase.

  • Exchanges: We regret that we cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

  • Sale Items: All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
